DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes we do ship EVERYWHERE and shipping is FREE for orders above 80$!

WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?
We manufacture and ship our products from different places. Our products are manufactured in the US, UK,Canada and China Please note that our products sourced from China pass through rigorous testing and quality control to meet the standards of our product team.

We ship from EU, UK, CANADA and US.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes between 1-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 1 week to 3 weeks! Please note delays do occur due to slow postal service You can 'CONTACT US' or email support@camaristores.com for tracking and shipping times.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?
While some parcels can arrive early, some might experience shipping delays due to your country's customs process . If it does not arrive by 5 weeks upon ordering, we will send a new one or refund the order.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of the world using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items has been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that you are liable for any custom charges.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us here.
